Charlie

The car ride to the gay bar had been easygoing, or so Charlie thought, but the way back was charged with sexual tension. So much that Charlie could barely talk through it, even when the driver asked them questions about the performances—apparently, he frequented this bar, too—and who was there. Charlie couldn’t seem to remember where to rest her hands, whether she usually put them in her lap or against the window or to either side of her body, and she kept shooting glances at Rachel. Not just at Rachel, but at the vine tattoo that curled up between her tits, at the giant ring on her hand, at her mouth, tinted red with Charlie’s lipstick. Her dark brown hair looked unfairly handsome, slicked back on one side and the rest bunched together in a thick but short braid. A combination of masculine and feminine that Charlie was growing to appreciate very, very much.

Time stretched on forever. By the time the Uber driver reached Charlie’s driveway, she was about ready to rip Rachel’s clothes off in the back of the car.

Somehow, they made it into the house. When Charlie locked the door, she pressed Rachel up against it, hands sliding around her back and pulling her in close. Rachel’s mouth was eager and pliant under Charlie’s urgent kisses.

“Not that I don’t like this,” Rachel breathed against Charlie’s neck, “but do you think we should move it somewhere more comfortable?”

Charlie kicked off her shoes. They backed into Charlie’s bedroom, stumbling up the stairs, Charlie tugging Rachel along two-handed by her collar. She pulled Rachel onto the bed on top of her. Rachel straddled her with a knee on either side of Charlie’s torso, hands sliding up her arms to hold them in place as she kissed the tender skin between Charlie’s collarbone and down the side of her breast.

“You look so damn good,” Rachel murmured against her skin. Charlie flushed all over. “Can I take these fishnets off?”

“Please.”

Rachel took her time unrolling them. Her touch was like fire, skating up the side of Charlie’s hip under her dress and peeling the fishnets back like she was opening a present. Rachel kissed the newly exposed skin as she took them off, tantalizingly close to the inside of Charlie’s thighs. Charlie closed her eyes and bit down on her lip hard. Rachel was at the edge of the bed, kissing Charlie’s ankle, when she finished rolling off the fishnets.

“What do you want?” Rachel asked, and Charlie took pleasure in the fact that Rachel was a little breathless—that the prospect of touching Charlie had put Rachel in that state.

Charlie reached for the back of her dress to take it off, but Rachel stopped her hand. “I kind of like it with the dress on,” she said with an impish grin.

Shakily, Charlie lifted the velvet past her hips. Rachel adjusted herself, pressing a kiss to Charlie’s hipbone that had Charlie bucking against her. Teeth brushed against Charlie’s skin as Rachel nipped at the side of her panties.
